Miss Jettii is a Baltimore based creative entrepreneur, firefighter and medic, convention producer, and lifelong Power Rangers fan who turned inspiration into action. She is the founder of The Jettii Collective LLC and the creator of Ranger Boom Baltimore.

For years, she traveled to Ranger Stop and Pop in Orlando and Atlanta, not just as a fan, but as someone searching for connection. In those spaces, she experienced the magic of community. She saw strangers become friends. She felt the power of nostalgia, representation, and shared joy. Those events were more than conventions. They were home.

She also attended Go Go Ranger Station in Philadelphia, a sister conference created by Lady J, where she gained invaluable insight into what it takes to build a fan centered event. Lady J’s leadership and openness provided not only inspiration but also practical guidance that helped shape the foundation of Ranger Boom Baltimore.

As a first responder serving her community as a firefighter and medic, Miss Jettii understands the importance of service, safety, and showing up when it matters most. That same commitment carries into her work as a convention creator. After returning to Baltimore year after year from conventions across the country, she began asking a simple question. Why not here?

Ranger Boom Baltimore was born from that question. Inspired by the energy and heart of the conventions she attended, and strengthened by the mentorship and knowledge she gained from Lady J, she set out to create something that carried the same spirit of accessibility, excitement, and belonging. She wanted Baltimore fans to feel seen. She wanted local creators to have a stage. She wanted the city she loves to have its own space to celebrate heroes and fandom.

As a proud Black woman, Miss Jettii knows how powerful it is to walk into a space and feel safe, valued, and welcomed. Her mission is to build community, celebrate nostalgia, and create events that feel powerful long after the doors close.

Ranger Boom Baltimore is not just an event. It is a love letter to fandom, a reflection of service, and a promise that Baltimore deserves the boom too.
